Aug 1963 through June 1965
ADR-3 assigned to the flight line
After being discharged from the Navy (VS-34) in 1965. I worked a year for Flying Tiger Airline in San Francisco. In 1966 the Boeing Commercial Airplane division hired me for their 707 program in Seattle. I spent 15 years at Boeing, working on their 707, 737, 747 and 767 airplane programs.
I obtained my commercial flight certificate & CFI certification worked as a flight instructor and giving scenic flights over Seattle and the Puget Sound area for a short time.
I spent 23 years in real estate in the greater Seattle area as a sales agent and real estate broker. Eventually moving into developing residential lots and the residential mortgage brokering business.
My wife Mary came from Birmingham Michigan about the same time I moved from San Francisco. She worked for United Air Lines as a flight attendant, we were married in 1968. We presently live in Mill-Creek 30 miles north of Seattle. Mary now works for Dillon works a custom fabrication company.
