My oldest group goes back 61 years to my days as a Flying Midshipman and there were about 3000 of us. I didn't really get started on reunions until I retired from my second career as a Merrill Lynch stockbroker at 65. Can you believe two successful and enjoyable careers. I'll be going to Pautuxtent River, Md. for our final reunion. We're all 79 or older.
In September my wife and I we'll be in Reno for a our biennial reunion of the VS 34 officers and wives. This is a very close group and it's a lot of fun for me and even my wife. There is a real bond between carrier pilots. Several of the pilots from the web site will be there so if there's anything I can do for you please let me know.
I have two daughters in the D.C. area so I return frequently to visit my favorite haunts in D.C.
